Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will oversee the entire business-to-business sales process, which includes prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who excels in detail-oriented tasks and possesses B2B experience.
Initially, you will focus on understanding market demands, mastering industry sales techniques, enhancing brand visibility, and developing networks. - Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to understand operational demands.
- Create detailed proposals using company software.
- Conduct thorough security assessments to address customer concerns.
- Maintain a calendar to manage meetings and sales planning.

Success Factors:
As a Sales Executive at S3 Security, your objective is to manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure. This involves various strategic approaches such as cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, attending trade shows, and building relationships with key industry players. To excel in this role, you should be prepared to:
- Make 10-15 outbound visits or calls daily to prospective clients.
- Engage regularly with in-process customer prospects to identify needs and follow up on proposals.
- Continuously seek and develop new sales leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Evaluate potential customers to ensure alignment with the company's target criteria.
- Undergo a 60-day market ramp-up period as defined by your sales manager.
- Demonstrate a competitive spirit and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Accredited Bachelor's degree; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Work Schedule:
