  • Customer Service: Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Productivity and Quality: Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Specialized Skills: Possess experience working on self-contained, remote units and ice machines, with a strong understanding of refrigeration principles.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: EPA Universal certification and Refrigeration Certification or Degree preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid Driver's License, ability to drive multiple hours daily, and willingness to work overtime and on-call as required.
