Key Responsibilities:- Network Operations Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of our unified communication networks, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability of all UC systems.
- Unified Communication Systems Management: Manage the deployment, configuration, and support of Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center Solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure.
- Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Cisco Webex and SD-WAN-related inquiries and escalations, collaborating with IT and business teams to design and implement UC solutions that meet our needs.
- Team & Site Leadership: Manage a team of network and UC specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development, and establishing operational procedures and best practices for UC and network management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network & Collaboration Professional (CCNP)) highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network operations and unified communication systems, with specific expertise in Cisco Webex and SD-WAN technologies, and experience working with Service Now ticketing system.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Cisco Webex calling, contact center solutions, and SD-WAN architecture, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
