About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Promotional Materials Management Specialist to join our Commercial Strategy and Marketing team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the planning, submission, review, and approval of promotional marketing materials across designated portions of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing materials planning and review process, including PRB submission planning and PRB meeting management.
  • Oversee prioritization of PRB submissions with brands and COEs.
  • Manage planning tool across Marketing Operations.
  • Participate in Brand EBT, Sub-team, agency status calls, and/or POA/ADA planning meetings.
  • Closely track and monitor PRB metrics.
  • Manage communications and operations related to POA planning and ADA calendars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an advertising and promotion related field.
  • Veeva Vault experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion practices, agency management, print production, and materials management skills.
  • Anticipates problems and roadblocks to avoid crisis management.
  • Communication, change management, influencing, and networking skills are critical.
  • Effectively prioritizes and spends time on what is important.
  • Ensures timely execution and follow-up and meets deadlines.
