Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and select risk to ensure profitable business growth and retention
  • Consult with sales and service partners to provide tailored solutions for our customers
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to meet business guidelines and metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
  • Assist with training and technical development of associate underwriters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant business experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency at Associate Underwriter level
  • Strong knowledge of product provisions, plan designs, pricing, and contractual benefits
  • Excellent technical expertise in risk selection and analysis
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
