We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Front Counter Sales Representative. In this entry-level position, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner at the front counter.
Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability.
Provide information on our range of traffic control products and services.
- Order Processing:
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and product availability.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
- Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers and upsell additional products.

Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate customer feedback and concerns to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front counter area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or sales environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as some tasks may involve moving and handling heavy materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
