Couchbase is a leader in the cloud database market, and we're seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including net new logos and existing account expansions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales pipeline growth
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations of our cloud database platform to potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and events
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodology training
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and sales growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • SaaS selling experience or equivalent
