Enterprise Sales Representative

Couchbase is a leader in the cloud database market, and we're seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including net new logos and existing account expansions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales pipeline growth
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of our cloud database platform to potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and events
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
- MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodology training
- Proven track record of quota achievement and sales growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- SaaS selling experience or equivalent
