Clinical Laboratory Specialist

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality laboratory services. Your expertise in medical technology will directly contribute to patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct moderate to high complexity laboratory tests essential for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Analyze, validate, and report test results with precision and accuracy.
- Identify and address any discrepancies in testing processes, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field with appropriate laboratory training.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a laboratory setting, particularly in high complexity testing.
- Certification from a recognized professional body, such as the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating standard laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a laboratory role focused on high complexity testing.
