Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social justice and a commitment to excellence to join our team as a Program Officer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating potential grant recipients, as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress of existing grants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential grant recipients and assess their alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Develop and manage grant proposals and reports to ensure timely and effective communication with grantees and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with grantees, partners, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of existing grants to ensure alignment with our mission and goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, non-profit management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in grant management, program evaluation, or a related field.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for social justice and a commitment to excellence.
