We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the daily functions of our program, ensuring that our office operates seamlessly. This position demands exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a keen eye for detail.

Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Overview: The Administrative Operations Coordinator will deliver comprehensive office support for all facets of our program. This role includes acting as the office receptionist, preparing weekly documentation, processing payroll, and safeguarding confidential records of participants and staff.

  • The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining professionalism with colleagues, families, and other service providers.
  • Applicants should exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and proficiency in computer applications (such as Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.).
  • A collaborative spirit, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor, is essential.

Qualifications/Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate Degree is preferred.

  • Proficiency in computer systems is essential, with specific skills to be assessed during the interview process.
  • A basic understanding of insurance and third-party billing is advantageous.

This position necessitates reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
