Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant position provides a wide range of administrative support and organizational assistance to the Regional Office Coordinator in a fast-paced, urgent, and high accountability environment in support of Chicanos Por La Causa program operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Office Coordinator, including but not limited to:
  • Managing office supplies and equipment

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a non-profit or community-based organization
  • Knowledge of program operations and management
