Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital X-Ray Systems division as a Field Service Engineer. This role requires a strong focus on customer relationship management, utilizing your technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships through effective technical support.
- Install, diagnose, and repair advanced imaging systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks within established timelines, including service work orders and expense reports.
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance service processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide maintenance and support for a range of medical equipment, including laser printers and imaging devices.
- Engage in potential overnight travel as required, with a home office setup.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $31.50 to $42.00 per hour, tailored to your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and an annual incentive plan.

Qualifications:
- An Associate Degree in electronics or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the diagnostic imaging field or electronics industry, particularly in a service role.
- Proficiency in computer systems and networking, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to apply electronic and mechanical theories to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with complex medical devices and familiarity with Carestream equipment is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 70 pounds.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer needs, including potential overtime and weekend work.
