Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will serve as a Field Service Engineer focusing on Digital X-Ray Systems within a designated territory.

This role emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships through your technical expertise, ensuring the installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at client locations. Your contributions will directly impact service revenue generation and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks within set timelines, including timesheets, service orders, expense reports, and preventative maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate actively with regional teams to enhance operational processes.
- Provide service for various medical imaging equipment, including laser printers, CR & DR X-ray systems, and CT scanners, primarily in hospital and imaging center environments.

Travel Requirements:
This position may require overnight travel and will operate from a home office. A company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone will be provided. Benefits include an annual incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
- An Associate Degree in electronics or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in diagnostic imaging or the electronics sector, ideally in a field service role.
- Proficiency in computer systems and networking, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of electronic, mechanical, and networking principles for effective equipment installation and repair.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with X-Ray and complex medical devices, particularly Carestream equipment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting of items over 70 pounds.
- Daily driving may range from 1-4 hours, with potential overnight stays. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as customer support may be needed outside regular business hours.
