Position Overview:

Actalent is seeking a qualified Systems Engineer to support a prominent Aerospace and Defense organization. This role provides comprehensive benefits, including paid time off and flexible work schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Experience in Testing and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Hardware/Software Integration
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, or Bash
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation processes.
  • Perform analyses across all stages of system development, including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Translate customer requirements into comprehensive systems solutions while considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Execute functional analysis, timeline analysis, and requirements allocation to develop hardware and software specifications.
  • Integrate software and hardware, validate software modifications, and manage system updates.
  • Engage directly with laboratory systems and tactical radar systems.
