Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan, including specific account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Tandym Group's services and successfully engage with C-level decision makers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to quarterback deals through the sales life cycle, building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records, reflecting account and prospect status and other relevant information.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the growth and success of Tandym Group.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or business development.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in computer and technology systems.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
