Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals
  • Partner with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
  • Negotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for our clients' needs

Requirements:
