Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, mastering the fundamentals of direct marketing sales and services, and becoming a dedicated ambassador for our clients' offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for growth, a high level of motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands. Previous customer service or service industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Availability for full-time employment is required, and a strong aptitude for working independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential.
