Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. This individual will analyze business requirements, coordinate integration projects, and ensure seamless system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for a specific business need.
- Enter and manage tickets in Westcor's internal tracking system from written requirements for development.
- Participate in the entire lifecycle of projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans and regression suites.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and IT operations.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities, business process definition, and system alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability.
- Complete tasks required by I.T. management when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of directly related experience in Title Insurance.
- Knowledge of title production software and how it interacts with external services.
Competencies:
- Analytical skills.
- Data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
