What You'll Do

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching your team to achieve results, while maintaining high store standards. You'll lead by example, providing 'in the moment' coaching and training on Primark ways of working, and supporting your team with ongoing feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated section of a department, supporting colleagues to create inspiring displays and managing daily task allocation to keep your team engaged.
  • Help other managers with the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and development of Sales Associates while supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage the cash lanes and Fitting Room areas as needed.
  • Help with customer feedback and complaints.
  • Manage stock file accuracy and drive improved availability in-store with a consistent focus on size and option control to meet customer demand.
  • Manage all pricing in line with Primark Pricing Principles.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a bold team player who can take the reins and lead by example. You'll need:

  • Excellent people skills to serve customers, lead the team, and build credible working relationships with all store colleagues.
  • Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high store standards.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of local selling patterns.
  • Ability to guide and support a team to achieve results.
  • Nimble and adaptable, with the ability to flex your plans and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, prioritizing and working within agreed timescales.
  • Experience supporting store management with the protection of people, property, and premises.

The pay range for this role is: $27.00

This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
