- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience in retail or a related industry.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Availability: Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
