Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience in retail or a related industry.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Availability: Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
