Your Role:As an Operations Team Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining organization and efficiency within our stockroom. Your creativity and positive attitude will help you adapt to the dynamic retail environment. You will support the Assistant Store Leader in overseeing the merchandising and stock team, ensuring that visual plans are executed effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the workload of your designated team in collaboration with the Assistant Store Leader.
- Coaching team members to achieve exceptional performance while maintaining a strong presence in the work area.
- Partnering with the Assistant Store Leader to train associates on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Staying informed about new store initiatives and communicating changes to ensure smooth adoption across the team.
- Focusing on sales promotion and maintaining awareness of current product availability.
- Reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) with the Assistant Store Leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service by setting clear expectations and modeling desired behaviors.
Your unique sense of style, along with a passion for design and home furnishings, will be invaluable to our team. You should possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail.
