Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. You'll work closely with our General Manager to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our General Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
