Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards, and career fairs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fully comprehend client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Present candidates with the necessary information to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, coordinating interviews and follow-up activities.
• Manage consultants during assignments and facilitate their redeployment as needed.

Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• A collaborative team player.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
