POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition and Compensation Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources and Compensation divisions. This position is essential for assisting Talent Acquisition and Compensation professionals with various reporting tasks, data management, and administrative responsibilities. Focusing on enhancing the candidate experience, this role will also involve collaboration with various departments including HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure consistent, precise, and comprehensive communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with necessary resources to guarantee effective implementation of intended outcomes.
  • Maintain uniform processes across all areas of responsibility.
  • Address any issues and suggest process improvements within established guidelines.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate with the Human Resources and Compensation teams to assess and verify years of experience.
  • Stay informed about all relevant Human Resources and Recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Assist in reporting tasks, including tracking new employee incentives and conducting audits.
  • Engage in data collection and strategic initiatives.

Confidentiality:

Uphold confidentiality regarding records, files, discussions, and other confidential information sources.

Document Management:

Organize and maintain departmental records, documents, and correspondence effectively.
