Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring the highest standards of talent acquisition for our organization and its clients. This role will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and attract the most suitable candidates efficiently.
Core Duties Include:
- Administer all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, application evaluations, interview coordination, candidate selection, and job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill open positions within specified timelines.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records.
- Process and monitor Hiring Requisitions.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all recruitment activities for compliance and audit purposes.
- Post job advertisements and manage the closing of postings as per requisition timelines.
- Utilize online resources to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Keep online recruitment platforms updated with current branding and organizational information.
- Provide candidates with comprehensive and engaging information about the organization and available positions.
- Screen applicants and prepare eligibility lists.
- Develop and present screening questions for Hiring Managers' approval.
- Guide Hiring Managers through the interview process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
- Document feedback from interviews with candidates and teams.
- Assist in updating recruitment procedures as needed.
- Notify candidates of their application status.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates in accordance with compensation guidelines.
- Participate in job fairs and coordinate recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates.
- Foster effective relationships with organizational leadership and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with People Services for pre-employment and onboarding support.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and innovative techniques.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Engage in ongoing training and meetings.
- Adapt to additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Familiarity with employment and labor laws.
- Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing and assessment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance recruitment processes.
- Strong initiative and sound judgment.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Three years of professional experience in recruiting or Human Resources.
- Experience in recruiting across various positions and locations.
- Proficient in recruitment software and HRIS systems.
- Experience with social media for job advertising.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
Travel Requirements:
Some travel may be necessary for job duties.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to manage high workflow and project coordination.
- Frequent use of fingers for typing and other tasks.
- Effective communication skills, particularly in conveying important information.
- Ability to hear and engage in normal conversations.
- Visual acuity for document preparation and inspection.
