What does a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist do?

  • Identify and attract new candidates and clients utilizing Motion's comprehensive market analysis and sourcing strategies.
  • Establish new client partnerships by employing proven sales techniques and leveraging Motion's strong brand reputation.
  • Develop trustworthy and valuable relationships with clients by utilizing the collective knowledge and expertise of a dedicated local market team.
  • Ensure positive outcomes throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful placements, using Motion's extensive resources and guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Engage with the tech community through our exclusive event series, fostering connections and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in Motion's extensive training program, gaining access to over 150 courses focused on recruitment best practices and methodologies.


Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Ranges from $60,000 to $62,000, based on experience and skill level.
