Job Summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise food-service associates to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to meet operational goals and objectives.
  • Appraise performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Advises management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste and avoid product shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain food-service equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with meal service, receive customer feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
