- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
- Experience: 15+ years of solid background in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, food safety regulations, and menu planning, with excellent communication and leadership skills
