Job Summary:
The Account Executive, North America is a sales role responsible for qualifying and closing new business opportunities for Click's solutions. Opportunities are sourced by Click's channel partners. You'll be responsible to work with the partner once a lead has been identified to assist the partner in negotiating and closing deals with potential clients. This role reports to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by managing a pipeline of direct and indirect opportunities.
  • Qualify potential clients based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Click's solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with Click partners and/or clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Closing deals effectively by addressing client objections and securing commitments.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maximize pipeline and cross-sell opportunities from existing customers.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and prospect for net new opportunities.
  • Travel as needed in defined territory to meet with customers and partners and attend various trades shows.
Requirements:
  • Ideally bring between 2-4 years experience as this is more of a junior-mid level role.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and pipeline to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
