Company Overview: CornerStone Staffing is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Call Center Representative to join our team.

Position Summary: As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for all callers.
  • Deliver accurate information and support to meet the needs of patients and providers.
  • Process medication refills and coordinate shipment schedules.
  • Address and resolve inquiries and concerns from callers.
  • Provide follow-up and outline next steps for callers.
  • Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to accommodate business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy call center is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer service role is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher.
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training.
  • Consistent attendance is essential.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $17 per hour.

Work Schedule: The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
