Position Overview:
The role involves the development and maintenance of program policies in accordance with ISO standards. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation.
  • Preparing detailed reports and conducting material and labor estimates.
  • Implementing thorough preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment, including SCADA systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of toxic gas and chemical management systems.
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for related equipment.
- Collaborate with various departments to report and address chemical-related issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and in-house teams regarding equipment operations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of external contractors and oversee their work as necessary.
- Manage performance specifications for gas and chemical distribution systems and related support mechanisms.
- Initiate process improvement strategies to enhance equipment performance and quality of work.
- Train and develop staff, assigning and distributing work orders effectively.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance assessments as needed.

Emergency Response Team Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate their ability to work effectively with diverse populations. This position is subject to a thorough background investigation, which may be conducted annually.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A technical trade degree from an accredited institution with at least 5 years of relevant experience in toxic gas and chemical management, alongside 5 years of supervisory experience in a facility operations context, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer maintenance management systems.
- Ability to wear necessary protective equipment related to job functions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a major semiconductor manufacturing environment or related industries such as specialty gas suppliers, pharmaceuticals, or medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
