Sales Development Manager

The Sales Development Manager at SynQor is responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients in a specified geographical territory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish contact with prospective customers to build a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and own the annual territory sales plan.
  • Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory to meet sales goals.

Training and Development:
The Sales Development Manager will receive training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as customer-related interactions, territory management, product knowledge, and sales strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel for trade shows, demonstrations, and customer meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills.
  • Self-discipline and time-management skills.
