Sales Manager Opportunity at Sentry Insurance

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Sentry Insurance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and potential customers, and negotiating sales agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and solicit new business through various methods, including email, phone calls, and networking events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure that they meet or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Sell products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best options for their needs.
  • Attend events and make contacts to identify and develop potential sales opportunities.
  • Employ value selling techniques and communicate with customers in a customer-centric approach.
  • Track and document sales activities and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Proven successful selling and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of revenue management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business trends and organizational needs.
