Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Sentry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and solicit new business through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Utilize value selling techniques to communicate with customers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Track and document sales activities to monitor productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Proven successful selling and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
