Job Title: Business Development Director

Join SCA Health, a leading provider of ambulatory surgery services, as a Business Development Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the region by building relationships with physicians and key facility staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with Business Development leadership, Operations, and facility leadership to execute growth plans and drive incremental surgical case volume into SCA's network of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
  • Develop and communicate the value proposition of SCA and affiliated businesses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate key stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities to implement or grow new service lines in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Recruit, credential, and onboard physicians into SCA facilities and lead the onboarding and credentialing process with facility teams.
  • Maximize case volume from all credentialed physicians and establish goals to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare with a proven track record in business development or sales-related roles
  • Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) experience preferred
