At TerraSource Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Market Vertical Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts in a specific geographic market. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strong selling strategy for the assigned geographic market to identify new business opportunities and introduce our products to potential customers.
- Direct sales planning activities, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales budgeting.
- Prepare sales and market forecasts and budgets, including quarterly rolling sales forecasts.
- Implement and achieve rapid and sustainable growth in the target geographic market sales.
- Work closely with internal and external resources to elevate client relationships to a strategic partnership level.
- Provide market feedback to inform the company's target geographic market technology vision, strategies, and plans.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, fostering relationships with market communities and staying updated on industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- Applicable process knowledge and sales experience, including calling upon procurement agents, distributors, end-users, and service providers of our products.
- Experience in dealing with senior-level management of customers, with the ability to relate to all levels of the customer's organization.
- Ability to develop spheres of influence and strategic partnerships with procurement agents, distributors, end-users, and service providers associated with our products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent understanding of systems and the ability to interpret, manage, and report on collected data.
Employee must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
