Business Relationship Manager Job Summary
Tri Counties Bank is seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business prospects, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs and promote bank products and services.
- Acquire new business through targeted marketing efforts and proactive outreach, and expand and nurture existing client relationships.
- Represent the Bank in the community to generate additional business and identify potential CRA opportunities.
- Develop relationships with centers of influence and internal and external networks to ensure ongoing growth.
- Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and instill confidence in customers by listening attentively and asking insightful questions to understand their needs and preferences.
- Adhere to business banking lending processes, policies, procedures, legal, regulatory, audit, and ethical requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building and maintaining relationships with business clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to complete a high volume of work with accuracy.
