Job Title: Digital Account Executive

Job Summary:
As a Digital Account Executive at Business Executive Coach, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, and track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. You will collaborate with clients to develop effective digital strategies that align with their business goals and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing detailed reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective digital strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative and technical, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Oversee the development of digital content, ensuring it is engaging and relevant.
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals and performance reports to clients.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising, typically 2-5 years.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Ability to develop creative and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with different departments.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new digital marketing techniques.
