Client Service Manager I

About the Role
The Client Service Manager I is a key position at United Business Bank, responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective performance of all operations functions within the branch. This includes managing teller functions, new account functions, and background operations tasks and duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, with a thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices. They will also possess excellent communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Office software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of all operations functions within the branch
- Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are handled within bank policies and procedures
- Maintain expenses and losses as defined within the annual budget
- Encourage non-interest income whenever possible
- Actively cross-sell Bank products and services
- Provide training and support to staff in their cross-selling efforts
