Job Summary:

Metric Geo is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth through strategic market research, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities, including new projects, partnerships, and market trends within the construction industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Proposal and Bid Management: Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and presentations for potential projects, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and showcase the company's strengths and capabilities.
  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and build a strong industry presence.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client engagement.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and opportunities, tracking progress and status through a CRM or other reporting tools.
  • Revenue and Profit Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and ensuring high conversion rates on bids and proposals.
