About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Embassy Suites Memphis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals for assigned hotels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership and sales teams to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of hotel operations and policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
