Regional Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the agricultural industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry partners.
- Assist customers with all phases of a sale, including product research and development, delivery, and installation.
- Work with employees on product research and development, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
- Monitor market conditions and product innovations, and stay up-to-date on competitor's products, prices, and sales.
- Prepare sales budgets and reports, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Train customer's employees to operate and maintain new equipment, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Generate team spirit by creating a work environment that fosters high levels of employee cooperation, morale, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or five to ten years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience in the ventilation and/or agricultural industries is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience living in Wisconsin is highly preferred.
- Experience in the agricultural industries is highly preferred.
