Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the agricultural industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry partners.
  • Assist customers with all phases of a sale, including product research and development, delivery, and installation.
  • Work with employees on product research and development, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Monitor market conditions and product innovations, and stay up-to-date on competitor's products, prices, and sales.
  • Prepare sales budgets and reports, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Train customer's employees to operate and maintain new equipment, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Generate team spirit by creating a work environment that fosters high levels of employee cooperation, morale, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or five to ten years of related experience and/or training.
  • Experience in the ventilation and/or agricultural industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience living in Wisconsin is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the agricultural industries is highly preferred.
