Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Tennessee Valley region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the energy efficiency sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy efficiency sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform business development strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, environmental science)
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
  • Strong understanding of the energy efficiency sector and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
