Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Tennessee Valley region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the energy efficiency sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy efficiency sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform business development strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, environmental science)
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
- Strong understanding of the energy efficiency sector and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
