About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Embassy Suites Memphis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals for assigned hotels
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools
