In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our US operations based out of Alpharetta, GA, offering in-stock equipment and spare parts, final assembly of customized solutions, technical support, and on-site repair.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client acquisition and a deep understanding of AC & DC power conversion systems or Power Supply systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential business opportunities, communicating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and overseeing sales leads. You will also be responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to decision-makers and individual contributors within each customer account, gaining a thorough understanding of each customer's requirements, and representing KraftPowercon to prospective customers, acting as the first point of contact in the sales process.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and 30% travel opportunity, mostly within North America. Our company culture values honesty, integrity, accountability, ownership, strong work ethic, and a winning attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on AC & DC power conversion systems or Power Supply systems
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Good familiarity with AC & DC power conversion systems or Power Supply systems
  • Experience in developing value propositions and consultative selling
