As a Ticket Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our events. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Duties and Responsibilities- Facilitating ticket sales at the Box Office and via phone, while also supporting various departments such as Account Services and Guest Services during events.
- Providing essential information regarding team schedules, promotional events, and season ticket holder benefits through various communication channels.
- Assisting with administrative tasks including data entry and mail distribution.
- Collaborating with Ticket Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of ticketing programs.
- Accurately processing and reconciling payments in a timely manner.
- Conducting end-of-shift cash drawer counts and submitting reports to the management team.
- Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, guiding fans through their ticket purchasing journey.
- Staffing the temporary box office during events and managing ticket sales and customer service.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Prior experience in cash handling is essential.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with computerized ticketing systems is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relations and service skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Ability to accurately balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- The hourly wage for this position is $15.00.
