Sales Territory Developer

We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Odessa, TX. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts.
- Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and applications of our cutting tools and related industrial products.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and quotas for territory development.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling and sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective territory sales strategies.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with cutting tools and/or CNC programming is highly desirable.
- Competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000 per year) with performance-based growth bonuses.
