Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team and clients across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead HR Strategic Partner for Anderson and Clermont Hospitals in the Cincinnati Market
  • Ensure leadership awareness and local change management approach of standard HR program delivery and initiatives throughout the year
  • Coordinate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) strategic solutions on client-specific work
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and results
  • Partner with HR COEs on HR program delivery into the local market and create a successful change approach for the market and leadership teams
  • Advises COEs on change approach and develops strategic solutions focused on Turnover Mitigation and retention work
  • Leads system-wide projects and initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with proven career progression and understanding of HR labor law and different parts of Human Resources
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP certification preferred
  • Advanced use of Microsoft applications and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to leverage online tools for work and interpret business context and understand business operations
