- Engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns, and work to improve the overall employee experience.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage and resolve employee concerns and conduct investigations as needed.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and other HR-related programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic planning.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000.
