About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the East territory. This role requires a strong understanding of fluid power solutions and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distribution partners to drive sales growth
  • Manage orders and logistics to meet customer needs
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and distribution partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the fluid power industry
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales management or leadership
  • Strong technical knowledge of fluid power solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
